Excel Plus is a licensed property maintenance service provider and there’s pretty much no job we can’t handle. In a nutshell, Excel Plus manages your Home or Office that you do not have to. We accomplish that through conducting a regular maintenance visit during which our technicians handle all the basic maintenance and minor to do needs of the Home or Office. A few of our specialized trades are listed in the services section. We also help you to estimate, schedule and manage larger scale repair or improvement works.

We have created custom maintenance and repair plans for Jointly owned properties – Commercial high-rise towers, Villas, Townhouse communities and Apartment complexes of all sizes. We offer Owners’ Associations on-demand emergency work. 

Absolutely! If there is pipe burst, an electromechanical failure, or your gutters are overflowing, give us a call ASAP. We will send someone out as soon as possible to assess the situation and get a quick fix in place. If needed, we can then help you plan for more extensive and permanent repairs.

We stand behind every job we do and will make sure you are satisfied with our work. You will never have to worry about a bad repair. If a problem does arise, you are covered. If there is ever any problem with anything we have done, let us know about it and we will make things right.

We believe there are three key reasons you should consider for signing up maintenance contract with Excel plus :

1) we take care of the preventive maintenance that is often neglected but that is needed to keep your assets in prime condition;

2) we free up the valuable time you might otherwise waste waiting for a service provider or searching the yellow pages; and

3) we give you a trusted single source for dealing with anything that goes wrong in your assets.

The only required service for signup is the maintenance contract program. Through this service we get to know your home and take care of the little issues that arise before they become big issues.

We have a team of skilled technicians who conduct the scheduled maintenance appointments. Once you sign on with us, we will assign a technical team and pick a time slot based on your preference and there will be calendar invites sent to you.

Most repairs that take 60 minutes or less to complete are included in the basic maintenance cost. Further details of inclusions and exclusions are outlined in the maintenance contract section. For larger projects, we will have our in-house handyman provide an estimate for your approval prior to doing the work.

We send out invoices via email upon satisfactory completion of the work. You can pay online, do a bank transfer, by  cheque or cash.
